Your team got an issue you have to fix urgently. You are sure in100% you know the right solution. Meanwhile the others in the team have different opinion they are sure in it too. But you know they are wrong! What you are doing?
first, everyone has to negotiate a solution, despite it might not be100% correct , so after that you request a small POC to be implemented on a small scale , during actual work people tend to change opinion spread in the meeting room
Please note that I assumed you have done everything possible to convince others like analysis, facts, escelations..etc

Be involved and NEVER fail to suggest your little ideas
Listen attentively and respect others opinion.
Be proactive on assign task and clarify unclear instructions
Constantly communicate for updates and setbacks, even if you fail to do right thing
