Women will never be equal to men in the workplace, do you agree?

Yes, women can be equal to men in40% of all jobs.
and other percentage can't be equal-example; Technician Jobs: mechanical engineer, helper, heavy driver and other jobs for projects outside the buldings men are the best elements.
In my opinion without the jobs above -and this does not diminish the status and position of women at work- the women can be beside the men to achive the target & the Success of the company .
And women many times they are better than men in hardwork.

Its neither right nor wrong.
Women can be equal to men in certain jobs but not in all.
For example, mechanical engineer till now, men are the best elements.
whereas in some other bureaucratic jobs, women are equal to men and sometimes they can be better pillars than men.

We are different but equal. Of course this is long discussion, but I think the downgrading of women on the professional field is a job well done by men. And by that I mean that there is no man who will sacrifice his career in order to have a family. I don't mean to give up his job but let's be real. Is there a man willing to ask for a leave when his child is sick? And what about when the child needs more days to recover? Is he willing to stay away from his work? I do not think so. And this is only a small example. Men, generally speaking, don't really want to be bothered with all the nasty situations that a family often brings. So who is left to take care all that? The women of course, who are handling the kids, the household, and their job. (At the beginning of the labor syndicates in Europe in the20's the women workers were approx.329.000 and the men1.580.000!). And of course when you have all these duties you do not have the energy left to pursue all the possibilities and your dreams.

To sum it up, I think that women are doing so much more,  that they lose their chance to target and commit to their career. The societies must rethink that problem but are the men willing to leave some of their privileges? That is really a good question.

        Ofcourse we are equal! Those are not the medieval times. We might be different by bio chemistry and play different social role - one is asociated with taking care of the children and the other is believed to be the provider but this is a very old concept.  

         Both women and men are good as employees. We are both a seed of potencial how we will decide to develop dependes on us and our background and experience. I think the only criteria is that how we fit and if we are good enaugh for the job.
