I tend to favour a persons EQ over a persons subject matter expertise or IQ  (although its important to have a member like this in the team). A persons willinglness and passion to excel and learn if they dont know is a trait i love. In that way the team is cohesive and they tend to work with each other, rather than against to solve problems or build solutions. After this, setting clear tangible goals for the team is key
