The organization should consider their basic needs i.e food, accommodations, allowable social freedom as per their culture and taste. Food habits are different for different nationalities; accommodation allowing them to mingle with their nationalities to exchange their views after the working hours etc. Considering even  silly aspects may make them more loyal to the institution.

Also very much careful not to distinguish on the basis of regions for work oriented rewards thereby not exploiting the economic conditions of the regions they are coming from.
