Do you agree or disagree that organization should have enough number of male or female to balance the gender at work?
it depends on every countries legislation, in my country Kenya for example the constitution allows every government or non governmental organisation to hire at least30% female. in places where that has not been achieved than affirmative action is put in place so that gender balance is achieved.
It depends on organization demand and donor gender balance issue or ratio. However, I do not agree some cases, gender balance is needed. For example, in remote areas, sometimes we fail to balance the gender.
I disagree , but sometimes it depends on the job role.
