Reasonably good. so it is Medium.

Personally I feel 'Opportunity' are high if not very high. But honestly to accept the fact i have not utilised the full part of the opportunity. I rate myself as opportunity utilised at 'MEDIUM' level. 

Note: I believe 'opportunity' are high for most of the people. It remains how we utilise it.
