(D) no need to panic the whole team, I guess based on performance appraisal or KPI, I'll select the most bad performance ppl, to o address the issue with them in-additon to clarify why I am taking such an action.

I would go for the answer ( C )

 

The reason being is that the team is a part of you, to make a good team, good talent is not the only thing, there are many more things involved; one of them being trust. If a situation arose such as that then it will be dealt with as a team, not doing so will impact the trust of the rest of the team which in turn will hurt us in the long run. As a team, we will also try to use our resources in our personal time to help the said members get another job.
