During the contract period what are the owner and contractor responsbilities for buildings projects ?

- Contractor shall be responsible as from direct business and a very complete full responsibility for them and for all temporary works and if the right of any damage or loss or malfunction of any part thereof, or any of the interim work for any reason (other than the risks and circumstances Cairo), he should being repaired at his own expense so that business will be when completed in good condition consistent in all respects with the requirements of the contract and instructed the first team0

- The Contractor shall be responsible for the damage wrought in the business while he was in any of the operations for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations during the warranty period0

The owner before the direct implementation of the business and without derogating from its obligations and responsibilities under during the execution of the contract to insure against any loss, damage or injury may cause any funds or property of users (including the return to the contractor at the site, as well as any user with the owner due to or as a result of the implementation of the business temporary).
