Would you prefer to take your salary every week or every 2 weeks instead of month?

Of course I mean your current salary divided into weeks not whole salary every week :) I personally believe weekly or bi-weekly salaries would be better as it could allow more proper budgeting and spending. What do you think?

In Canada I worked for different companies that paid using the3 different paradigms.
So when I was with my freelance Agent (aquent) they paid at the end of the following week (after you submit your worksheet) so it was kind of like at the end of the week.
With my full time job (when I landed one) I was paid every2 weeks.
And when I worked for an ebay sales company they paid every month.
To tell you the truth I adjusted with each payment shift.
The one I felt most suited living in Canada is the2 week payment scheme because that is how most of the other people in Canada got paid...
it was the predominant paradigm there.
In the Middle East the norm is getting paid every month so the people there have grown accustomed to organizing their finances to follow that standard.
As a freelancer and Business Owner I have worked with people who will work with you if you follow their payment terms such as Net15, Net30 and Net45.
What that means is that they will pay you15,30 or45 days after you have submitted the invoice for the work you have done.
This is amazingly inconvenient as doing work and waiting a month and a half (and some companies go as far as3 months) to get paid is just not, in my opinion, fair.
That is why if someone contacts me through my business website I stipulate that since I did not contact them then they have to follow my Payment standards (which are payment after getting the work for the first job and then after that net15 payment for any jobs that come after that).
A month ago a company contacted me and I didn't inform them of this rule which meant that I was stuck with their45 day payment rule and I have found that most companies will forget that they owe you money so you have to hound them to get the money they owe you back.
Sorry if I went into a number of payment related tangents but I hope they are ultimately relevant.

Non regular employees who are generally for short duration are either on stipend or commission payable weekly/fortnightly or monthly.
Such services do not attract any other government financial commitments as it is considered under miscellaneous expenses.
However, organisations having regular employees have certain government laid financial obligations to be fulfilled.
Such as income tax to be deducted at source, provident fund, gratuity, employees insurance, etc.
All these are calculated and set aside on the basis of regular employees earnings on monthly basis.
To increase the cycle of this job by making salaries weekly/fortnightly will increase the administrative cost.
Therefore, in my opinion this proposition may not be viable.
