There is no bad or good work, because you get the work you think you want and qualified for. Work is work, just bad and good employees where their attitude is either negative or positive depending on their personal views, the organisation policies and procedures.
Mainly it's an individual decision on how to perceive this but can be highly be because of the changes at work.. where they don't adapt to new rules and regulations... I recommend reading "Who moved my cheese" to all people.
So positive attitude can transform many views of "bad work" to "good work".

First I need to stop what I am doing and than think what I want to do, the key factor here is that person should be working in the area of interest and than learn from the experienced and well train co workers how to perform the each individual task in effective and efficient manner that will build a confidence in the person and open the way of success.
There's no way you can change your work from bad to good unless you change your attitude towards your job. Once you acquire a positive mental attitude then everything else on your job will follow. It may not change everything since I believe not everything is under your control but you may improve on how you look and react on things you cannot control to your advantage.
It is said that A BAD WORKMAN ALWAYS QUARREL WITH HIS TOOLS. So be sure that your tools are right but your procedure is wrong due to which your work is bad. If your tools are wrong due to which your work is wrong then replace your tools. But if procedure is wrong then learn right procedures from an expert either he is your junior or senior. Be vigilant and take proper care while working. Do not work haphazardly. Also do not rush for lunch or pack-up time. Be sure to consult your supervisor to check your work time & again till you are an expert.

Benchmark!
In order to define your work as poor quality you must have a standard from which you are measuring. The fact that you are not meeting those standards are leading you to believe or others to inform you that your work is not of the best quality.
You need to familiarize yourself with those standards. What defines good work!? What are you trying to aspire to? Once you have that noted (be sure to write this down) then you can go to step two.
You now know where you need to get to. Now you must focus on how to get there.
Bench marking is finding others who have reached or exceeded the level that you wish to attain. Once you find these individuals then find out what they are doing. Study their processes. Study their habits and compare them to what you are doing. Perhaps just a few tweaks in your habits, approach, or even attitude can change your performance.
The key is to define good performance, identify where you need to be, identify the habits that have gotten others there, measure and compare your behaviors, then make adjustments.
