Control and Operation of process equipment such as fluidized and fixed bed reactor, extractor and dowtherm oil pump.
Working on Basic designing, Erectioning &commissioning of two new distillation column for manufacturing of Pyridine.
Monitoring the Reaction, Extraction and Distillation part for the production of 3-CNP & 4-CNP from Beta Picoline and Gamma Picoline which are the limiting reactant.
Responsible for carrying out Process calculations including Material and Energy balance.
Inter departmental coordination and identifying the bottlenecking the process.
Monitoring utility consumption, chemical consumption, effluent generation, flue gas analysis.
Close monitoring of plant & equipment of performance with the help of daily report, monthly basis and preparing shutdown schedule.
