What are the common KPIs with targets on the basis of Risk for any process plant?

you have the usual hSE KPIs ( number of fatalities, LTIF, TRIR  number of spills....) but before you apply those  you need to consider  process safety ones  who are defined by the04 Tiers approach of loss of containment events

• Tier1 LOPC of greater consequence,
• Tier2 LOPCs of lesser consequence,
• Tier  3 Number of challenges to safety systems (ESDs and SIS) then
• Tier4 Operating and management system performance indicators)).
