Lab testers whatever the specialty is should be after taking a diploma in the science college, and become a licensed specialist in lab testing, and before you have that diploma your major in college should be relevant, Faculty of Science (Biochemistry department, micro biology department ), also faculty of medicine medical analysis (master degree preparation "medical analysis intern") and the faculty of pharmacy

2- complete your study (PhD) second about the laboratory:1-you must know all about ISO17025 and take it's certificate

to become a good analyst u should have an extraordinary observation power.you should detect the things that are not even seen by normal people.along with this a good and smart practical work with planning is required.

In my opinion, to become a professional you must love what you do.
When you love your job, you are ready for anything.
Of course you must have the basis for the job, a science or medical lab degree that helps in understanding the real work.
Using your acquired knowledge and adding your passion will definitely make you an expert.
