What is the expected question for electrical engineer job at oil company?

there is no difference between oil and another companies electrical engineer is one at every factories

In the first , the electrical engineer shall be aware for general electric basics The questions may be at classic control , PLC SCADA , maintenance , comunications and machines

You are all correct but i feel your question will be base on your past experience if you have been in the field before but as a fresher you must understand the basis of electricity its safety and principles.

Mostly is all about The safety ,and standard material and equipment to be use .........

You need to understand the general and basic principles of electricity.
Then understand the enviroment and clas of engineering aspects required, aspects in Power Control, Power Distribution, SCADA, PLC, Safety Procedures, Power System Maintenance, Power Protection and Machines.
These are the required areas where questions will always arise from in pure and composite Power Electrical Engineering.
