I don't have a full year experience should I mention them under the training section on my resume?

I worked part time therefore I have Different kind of experience including sales and marketing should i mention them inside the resume as a full experience???

Any experience you have you MUST mention it, You can mention those experiences as a freelance projects, Or you can write a lot of information about your duties when you was working on those place.
Try to be positive as much as you can.

Hi - see everyday you learn some new things, so here in your case also you must have learnt many things, the place where you have worked though not for full year but have benefitted you and its your plus point that you didn't waste your time, you utilised it rather, so go ahead and apply your thinking as well......

Even though it is not one full year , you still gave some experience which is better than nothing .I think the fact that you occupy different positions , can be interesting .
