Whom you trust Company, Manager or Worker?

Whom  you  trust  Company  Manager  and  Worker  Together

All of those issues are need to trust for managing the task effectively..

In an Organization the ownership of company changes. Managers also change. But the workers are the Heart of the company because they work for the company and the managers.So I trust Workers.-----------------------What about you ?

Me, myself, and I.. When you are working and you have to prove yourself for the job, your career, then there is no time to trust anyone. We all are competing to climb the ladder. Trusting employees or confiding in them will only take you down few steps (depending on how bad they envy you).  Ive learned too much dealing with trust in the workplace, it does not exist.

You have to trust all but don't give your full trust. Everyone at work is looking out for themselves so you have to be bit careful.
