Evacuation  Exercise Management Responsibility :

Primarily responsible for the management of the exercises is to: Director of Safety and Security Department, and all safety and security experts, and staff, and all the staff and workers in the company.

Employee involvement:

Security and safety management in the company put the safety of the human staff in the first place within the circle of interest and must be involved in all security and safety training.

And is keen to educate all employees safety and ways to prevent and deal with emergencies and hazards in the work environment.

Seeking through the safety and security plans to involve all employees in the exercise of evacuation in case of emergency.

Training staff during practice for the implementation of evacuation procedures to ensure proper inform them of the emergency exits and assembly points and the measures that must be taken in an emergency actual.

Yes. Its very important to perform evacuation exercises so you are prepared when there is a real incidents.

This is very crucial in any organisation and the safety/ operationsdepartment are tasked to undertake this role. in our organisation, as per the safety policy yearly drills are carried out,also  we go for safety management awareness exercise or workshops on safety. Employees are tasked to take safety as one of their responsibilities. 

yes it is normal routine practice of my company to follow periodic 'Emergency and Evacuation plan' as per schedule of HSC.
