Well this is a very important question...especially that still few men still see it hard in our region and still don't accept the idea ....however I have been a boss to around 15 men ..and I succeeded to lead... for a woman in this position has to be really clever and know how to lead and communicate especially at first...and then all follows..
So I was happy to succeed...:)

Man or female does'nt matter, A good and working envirnment only important. good salary with working atmosphere under a man or woman supervision is always welcomed by employ.
Definitely I accept working with female manager, believe it, researches proves that female are more productive and hard workers than men.
There is no shame of working for a female manager, this is a great pride.
Besides, business is business and does not differentiate age and gender.
Yes of course , because the ideal employee wishes to work under the leadership of an effective manager that successful in his work to the benefit of either a man or a woman

Why not ?? I can work under a female senior. There are quite a few example where Women leadership had given new dimension and height in their respective field or arena.
Recent studies have suggested that women are better managers than men. So keeping that aside, when a person posses the required skill set his/her sex, ethnicity, age doesn't matter.
