Pricing is the process of determining what a company will receive in exchange for its products. Pricing factors are: (1) Manufacturing Cost,(2) Market Place,(3) Consumers Demand,(4) Marketer's Competition, (5)Sustainability of the Product,(6)Market Condition, (7) Government Tax,Vat etc and (8)Quality of the Product.The needs of the consumer can be converted into demand only if the consumer has the willingness and capacity to buy the product. Thus pricing is very important in successful marketing.
It is one of the factors of marketing, and that is OK. However, it is not the most important one. It is one of the vital issues for the purchase of that product, not for the successful marketing.
