Does my career end here when I quit the best company Schlumberger due to its management issues?

You are obviously a talented, experienced and qualified worker.
It cannot be underestimated how destructive management issues can affect employees.
It is not always possible and situations can become quite intolerable, but was it at all possible to find another job whilst in the last job? When out of work the time can go by very quickly and it can seem more difficult to get the next job.
Added to this is the complication of explaining to your new employer why you left your last job no matter how unfair your previous work situation.
