Do you agree with employment contract individualization?

I am opponent of individualization in job design yet not in essential benefits. Individualization should be based on benchmark not adhoc procedure.

I will never Agree with individualization employment contract

I thoroughly AGREE. With some big exceptions (like working on a project with an absolute end), contract work often leads to a regular position, if you impress your employers. Its as if, instead of having a couple interviews, you have a solid year to prove that you're invaluable. You should obviously work your tail off, because in the worst case scenario, you want to show how awesome you are and earn glowing recommendations.

Even if you don't land that position, you can usually apply internally for other positions.

And of course, do not stop looking for work. Contracts don't mean that you are obligated to stay for the whole year. You don't want to burn bridges, but if you find something at the6 month mark, you can negotiate with both companies and maybe even secure your current position with some gentle pressure. In my experience, people understand that contracts are a little stressful and won't begrudge you looking for other work if you are very professional about it.

we can not say 100% wrong in this case but individualization can give the feed back towards the employees by looking their work performance and responsibilities.
if there are the same categorized employees then it may brings conflict environment and there will be the question of dissatisfaction too.

Employee Contracts contain information about the specified employees designation, grade, reporting structure, Date of Joining along with the Companies Employment Policies.
Although details pertaining to the Employee will be individualized on the Contract, the Company's Employment policies must never be individualized so as to maintain equal opportunity/teamwork and to avoid dissatisfaction and internal conflict.

employment contract individualization is common method used by employers especially in family business.
The employer negotiate the employment contracts terms and conditions individually without and without clear benchmark.
i.e.
you might find two employees with the same designation but on different grade and different benefits as the total package is different.
This type rely on the employee-employer negotiation skills.
I agree with the individualization of job design which means the flexibility of the responsibilities and tasks yet against the individualization of the income, benefits and grade of the employees as this create high dissatisfaction among the employees and against the equal opportunity methodology.

I reject it because it creates an internal conflict between the company's employees in the case of jealousy because of the inequality between their contracts and this negative impact on the company

It is just possible to individualize the contract with a certain legal basic.
This is required to control the rights of the parties.
International this is the standard and this rule should not mean that employees with weak negotiation skills will have disatvantage but it is a strenght of a company to get best people on board with the possibility to offer them special conditions which are part of a special and individual contract but with the sam legal base as all other contracts.

I don’t agree with the Employment contract individualization, the ideal case is that all the employees should have a standard contract which explains clearly the: Confidentiality, role, benefits, compensation, leaves& sick leaves, and many other crucial parts.
Usually, the individualization for the contract leads to undesirable issues between co workers the thing that will affect the working environment negatively, therefore, it’s always better to avoid such case scenarios and have a standard Employment contract.

The business side of this idea is the "Bargaining Power" of the individual.
but for staff motivation, it is not too good as it kills the moral of a member of staff that feels he is being short paid or giving a lesser privilege than his colleague in the same grade.
Company should uphold a standard for all grades.

yes i believe if should be individual, however it is a good idea to save papers and cut down costs, if you have a group of people with the same titles and grades and take the same packages!! i would say go for it.
but as well due to confidentiality and to make it less messy when it comes to future communication and attitudes of employees it is preferred to be individualized, as not all employees pay in the same efforts in doing the work, as effort is also based on abilities of each person and experiences which defers from one to another.
