Of course salary is important to me but not now Later in life , when I have a good experience i will be more interested in the salary

experience is always my preference because if you have an experience you can earn lots of money in your life but if no experience then how we can think about money,but it doesn't means salary have no importance,without good salary it is impossible to survive in this world

It totally depends, how much experience you already have. If you are fresh then definitely you need Experience and after getting sufficient Experience you want to acheive your goals.
