Yes it is, because the person who trys and trys for sure he would success one day.
But the person who is thinking it is an act, sometimes can be disappointed and stop attempts.
So success comes because of practicing other relevant successes, not because of the person is only acting successfully.

Tough one, since it depends on one's definition of success.
What is success for you? what is success for me? these might be completely divergent ideas.
For those of us who consider that we are successful when we achieve something out of our "comfort zone", we may agree with the proposed statement.
Achieving something outstanding might be an act (of a matter of luck), but this "success" comes once and only once.
Long-lasting success is a matter of "excellence", the pursuit of doing better and better ...
and better.
And this long-lasting success is a matter of experience, risk-taking, learning and persistence.
With this in mind, I personally believe that Success is a habit.
Do you?

There is a very apt saying "success breeds success", but I would add that "confidence" is a big factor. If you are confident,9 times out of10 you will succeed, success will in turn boost your confidence and you will continue forward. Conversely if you fail it will knock your confidence and subsequently your will to succeed, this is when you need to rely on your strength of character to see you through.

To be successful person we have to be creative and devoted towards the work and we have to give proper attention from our inner part so we can compare it as act but to be successful person i think habit doesn't come but to give perfection habit also a part because if we have the habit of doing negligence then we can not be successful person.
so directly and indirectly they come to be a successful person.

Success is a goal you put in-front you ,and I have read a beautiful thing about success show with Stephen Pierce Pocast- Success is based on various factors that run from leadership, communication, teamwork, strategic alignment, conflict resolution, skill improvement, adaptability and more.
However, the one and only thing that brings a unity of focus for all the elements to come together and work together is… GOALS! o Harnessing the power of focus begins with focusing on what you can control.
o Focus prevents you from being taken mentally hostage by distractions.
o Focus is something that you fight for, not pray for.
o Focus helps you to recognize opportunities instead of being ran over by obstacles.
o Goals keep your focus sober so you’re not drunk on distractions.
