You try to avoid trouble and confrontation all the time. Due to communication issues conflicts are bound to happen and they can either be healthy or get nasty and out of control depending on how you deal with conflicts. There is no right answer to this, people will always misunderstand something and you have to keep explaining or rephrasing until they understand. Just keep it cool, calm, and collective at ALL times.
