A Customer service or Customer care is almost the same ..
You can call it more customer "care" maybe when there is a client gets back to you with a problem and you feel that they need more assistance than others ..but they are usually one concept .

Customer care is the kind of approach a company does in winning and maintaining clients or customers.
Customer service is a method when the company deals with its clients.
This is most apparent in sales and post-sales service.

Customer care is taking care of the customer on the long run Customer service is taking care of the customer just when he have issue or inquiry

no deference either ways you will have to be the voice of the customer within your company .

Customer care is focusing on customers in making them satisfied and knowing their interests while customer service focuses on the jobs involved when servicing customers rather than their needs.
Therefore, customer service is part of customer care’s ways in reaching customer’s satisfaction Customer care is always practiced in every company and should always be prioritized.

Customer Service is plain service while Customer Care is extension of what has laready been serve.
