Listen and provide an avenue for exchange of open communication.
Don't be afraid to ask a customer if they are satisfied with your product and or service.
Ask them which areas are they least satisfied with because you are there for them.
Listen to what they have to say and provide an avenue wherein they can give their honest feedback.
Attend to their concerns in a timely manner.
Be upfront concerning things you don't know about or have no control over.
Be welcoming and in all cases polite.
Even if you disagree be polite and respect their opinion and their right to voice an opinion.
When you are transparent and earnest people trust you.
When you prove over and over again that you have their best interest at heart and there to serve their needs you develop loyalty.
A loyal customer is a customer you want to keep.

Be honest! Give your customer your time and total attention. Listen to him and understim and his requirements. Offer the products that you have which are suitable for him, explain the positives and the negatives of the products. Negatives are equally important as the customer will find out about the negatives anyway and he will appreciate your honesty. allow the customer to make an informed decision based on the information you have given him. Trust & Loyalty are two DIFFERENT things.
A customer trusts only when he BELIEVES you! To make him believe you, you must be honest with him.
Tell him frankly about the products and services that you deal with, regarding its quality, durability, usage, alternative, pros and cons, whatever the customer wishes to know about...
A customer becomes loyal only when you can serve him his NEEDS! There is no short-cut or alternative!?!

The best thing that you can give to the customer to get their loyalty and trust is to provide the best customer service that they can have every time that they will give us a call.
