The best way to motivate your team is to work along with them, accept their ideas, give them all equal chance to prove their ability. Never to keep an attitude that BOSS & STAFF. Arrange some gatherings/events. last be not the least if your team is doing good and benefiting company by cost you must benefit them financially
Motivation can be done by one who is highly motivated to work for the company & its business
Motivation is a easy task for people who are transparent & trustworthy, but people whom we could not get a clear picture cannot be motivated just like others so easily.
So motivation comes through the below mentioned Steps:-
Analysis - >
People who work deliberately & instantly without too much handling =100 % (Free of motivation)
People who work only if some criteria's are met partially or else they are tempted =80% (Minimal/Constructive Motivation)
People who can work good, but not working due to some problems at work (politics at workspace) =40% (Constructive Motivation - Eradication of Negative Politics & make the work environment safe)
People who takes chances & do not do work. They take things for granted & takes pride or glory of others hardwork or ideas =5% (Detention/Suspension/Negative Motivation/Not needed for the company)
Acceptance/Plan ->
After the above assesment has been done, different individual should be dealt with different acceptable plans so that they do what we need, as the case is such a way that "No one is PERFECT"
Results ->
Direct into the people & drive your full potential & goal driven attitude into your people & get the kinetic energy flow via your weekly/monthly.quarterly results.
