Team can solve their team's problems by executing participative management method.
Firstly, each member must aware of their own strength and others.
Allocate the tasks according their strength and level of participation.
All members must aware of their clear responsibility and accountability.
Team leader should motivate them, meanwhile, make sure that the members are having certain freedom in executing the tasks.
Evaluate the performance of members and identify the weak links.
Remove the weak links or encourage them to perform in next task.
In addition, periodical training will help the team to perform better.

One of the problems that I have encountered in my previous post was the lack of team work and communication among my staff.
This occurs due to1.
lack of confidence in ones work college and2.
mistrust.
Therefore the first step I had to take was to build a circle of trust among my subordinate.
I used a rather unusual approach to embed the meaning of team work among them.
First I engaged my staff to participate in rearranging our office including painting our department together, I along with them.
Second I had28 employees under my responsibility therefore I arranged a training program for all to know and understand the others work responsibility, so as if one subordinate was absent the others can cover that job responsibility (awareness) and so that the job will be done.
Thirdly, I bought5 fished in a jar and gathered my purchase officer and bestowed the responsibility of each fish to one purchase officer.
I then explained to them that the jar is the company and the plants, sand, water was the surrounding environment around them and the fish assigned to each of them was the job responsibility.
Then I explained what they would have to do to keep the fishes alive and so that if they die then our department will fail and eventually affect the other departments performance and eventually shall close down.
Then finally I told them I will be evaluating each of their performance based on the survival and their handling of these fishes.
Allow me to explain my reasons for using such an approach.
The problem was lack of trust, confidence and communication among my staff, therefore,1.
engaging everyone under me to rearrange and paint our office is because a) It is the environment they spent the majority of their time therefore I sought it important to transform this environment to their comfort ( make it feel homy for them), b) they had to discus and come to a mutual decisions without my interference as to color of paint to use and paint the office by ourselves- ie.
initiate communication, team work and trust -ie.initiate trust in each others judgement.2.creating awareness of each others job responsibility- this move eliminated the ideology of that's not part of my job- ie.
team work and confidence3.
the fishes- this approached embedded that if they did not work as a team then ones failure will eventually be the failure of them all.
They understood that if they do not function as a team, maintain a healthy communication network, then they will fail and consequently the whole company will be affected immensely.
this built up their trust, confidence, communication skills and the meaning of team work embedded forever in their minds.....
My PROBLEM WAS SOLVED FOR GOOD.
Getting the job done was a peace of cake once the problem was treated permanently .

each and every team encounters problems and has to find the proper way to solve them.
the key for success is to have a professional well organized team.
if it is possible activities, and social gatherings outside the work environment would create a bond between team members and a sense of belonging.
each and every team member should be aware of the others strength and weaknesses in order to properly advocate each task.
do not underestimate the importance of knowing one another.
when the problem is encountered a meeting will help detect the source of the problem and through brainstorming and team effort the problem will be resolved.
a daily briefing will minimize and even practically delete the possibility of encountering the same problem in the future.
honesty, communication, trust and professionalism between members will ensure the creation of and efficient and effective team.
