كل مشكلة لها حل مهما كانت كبيرة ، المهم التعامل الجيد في الحل مع هذه المشكلة .

If a problem is known and solution is n known then follow Lean approach
If a problem is unknown and solution is known follow PEX (process excellence)

Easy in three steps:1 - should determine the problem.2 - finding the cause of the problem.3 - finding a solution for preventing the cause and then rectify the problem.
you can solve your problem by using different strategies.... :) and its depends on your problem what kind of problem you are facing. But don't loose your temp think about solution different strategies and use them for solving problems.
