I partly agree with this.
I believe Supervisors must be aware of how their team is performing and interacting.
This is critical to keeping the team performance in check.
Second interactions with co-workers need to be positive.
Any friction or disharmony must be curbed immediately.
Hence the Supervisor must be aware of these team dynamics at all times.

Yes, I agree with the statement.
There are so many probable risk factors in our offices, which are listed bellow:       Employees less concentration to works Persuasion from inside and outside Unnecessary intimation Corruption Biasness and ingudgement Shortage of goods in store Wrong reporting Wrong record keeping Wrong sitting arrangement Hidden inefficiency Sudden conflicts Improper handling of machineries Sudden sickness           If the supervisors inspect regularly his/her offices and share with the employee to know the problems and receive opinion for better management then it is possible to potentially reducing of  risk factors from offices and that office will run smoothly and successfully.

I tend to disagree.
The follow ups in my opinion should be periodical only because over follows restricts intellectual growth of an employee and he/she tends to follow the instructions only of the supervisor and waits for next instruction to move forward as he/she is not been allowed develop his own skills to structure and perform his/her role himself based on his own intelligence.
