I would not recommend w3schools site since it contains a lot of misinformation, see here http://w3fools.com/ I'd suggest more reputable sites such as: http://www.codecademy.com/ http://www.codeschool.com/ http://teamtreehouse.com/ http://net.tutsplus.com/

http://www.w3schools.com/ and then follow all the tutorials step by step then you can search for other sites regarding some relevant task in detail. But make sure if you want to start from basic then w3schools is the best choice otherwise many sites available on internet for specific tasks.

Hi, The three topics you mentioned here are the most easiest things for learning.
I also learned all these things myself and after learning successfully taught these to hundreds of students.
Below I am mentioning some ways to learn anything easily: 1.
Select good books for beginners.
I always prefer those books which distribute the course in days or hours like "Learn HTML in 24 hours" or 14 days.
You can distribute these days or hours according to your learning speed, but I would suggest to follow the sequence and given exercises strictly.
During these studies practice hard with your own scenarios and examples.
Do not try to be so fast in early days, trust me this will only destruct your learning and make you exhausted very soon.
2.
If you can buy Video tutorials I would always recommend "Lynda's" Video tutorials.
Trust me these tutorials have changed my life totally.
Again do not try to go so fast or learn a lot of things at once, this would only make you exhausted.
Visit Lynda's Website.
I am providing some links below which will take you directly to your desired courses there: 1.
http://www.lynda.com/HTML-training-tutorials/224-0.html 2.
http://www.lynda.com/JavaScript-training-tutorials/244-0.html 3.
http://www.lynda.com/CSS-training-tutorials/447-0.html Please avoid purchasing Pirated versions of these tutorials.
Please during your learning do not copy or paste any codes, always type the code with your own.
Try to memorize the written code once, then type it yourself.
Trust me Errors and bugs during execution are necessary to learn anything.
The websites other friends mentioned earlier in their responses are really good, but in my opinion websites are not that much friendly to learn.
You can use these websites for ready references after learning any specific technology.
I hope my comments will help the newbies to learn more and more easily.
Remember to Trust yourself, you'll be perfect soon.
