What is your reaction after being unable to convince your boss to take such a technical step without which you may suffer more or feel injustice?

Social Injustice means unequal rights, unequal opportunity, and/or unequal treatment. “Injustice Anywhere Is A Threat To Justice Everywhere.” Everyone should have equal rights, equal opportunities and equal treatment that can meet their physiological needs. Should try to understand what is the rout cause making boss enoyed or infuencing him not to be satisfied.
Then focus merit and demerit of the job before taking decision.
If you are able to highlight favoring needful doing , your process may attract boss to think with defferenciation in making decision.
If the process fail, you may share the matter to the superior who guide your boss.
Should not act such role which may be against the interest of your institution.
