Hands are the primary method of transmission of the common cold.
The most frequent means of transmission of the tubercle bacillus is by droplet nuclei.
The bacillus is present in the air as a result of coughing, sneezing, and expectoration of sputum by an infected person.
The tubercle bacillus is not transmitted by means of contaminated food.
Contact with contaminated food or water could cause outbreaks of salmonella, infectious hepatitis, typhoid, or cholera.
The tubercle bacillus is not transmitted by eating utensils.
Some exogenous microbes can be transmitted via reservoirs such as linens or eating utensils.

droplet nuclei.
this is the primary mode of transmission of TB in a developing country where too many people are close to each other together with the infected individuals who cough or sneeze in public.
most cases the infected person don't know that they are carrying the bacteria & mistakenly thought as a simple cough & even if they seek help when they see blood on their sputum & will be taking the anti TB medications, they are still contagious during the course of6 months treatment & been going around the community together with the healthy individuals.

Droplet nuclei is primary transmitting way but hand hygiene has major part in precaution as well.Since patient is coughing, sneezing, can transmit bacilus on his envoirment so we must be careful with touching things in patients room.

OF COURSE,TUBERCLE BACCILLI IS SPREAD THROUGH DROPLET NUCLEI.IT IS NOT SPREAD THROUGH HAND,UTENSILS OR MILK PRODUCTS.
