A. Asses the patient for,why difficulty in swollowing.If any inflammation of throat or enlargment of tonsils should be informed medical officer with written nurses notes as soon as posible.
B.If the relevent capsule suitable for making liquid,can be dissoled and offer to the pt.
C.As a assesment,if totally difficulty in swollowing,should be informed to Dr. for change the IM/IV accordinly.
