إذا رأيت مديرك غير مهتم كثيرا بالعمل،هل سيؤثر ذلك على إهتمامك؟If you see your manager is not very interested in the work,Will it affect your interest?

Really, it will be affect the worker's behavior but the intelligent one who wants to improve him self and to innovate should employ all his performance, competence and knowledge to participate in the realization of the goals fixed by the company.he should assume the total responsability

Definitely, he has to drive the whole team.

بالتاكيد قد يؤثر فى عملى لكننى احاول ابذل قصارى جهدى من اجل العمل و الاهتمام به

بالعكس هذا يزيد من اهتمامى لعملى واتمنى ان اكون المدير لانه لا يستحق هذا المنصب وانا دائما اسعى للنجاح

Yes! As a manager, he/she is suppose to sight an example of being an efficient and enthusiastic employee.
No matter how self motivated one would be, at some point he/she would want support and motivation from his manager and this case if the manage is not at all interested in his work, it would hamper the productivity of the entire team.

ofcourse it affects the work

Absolutely,it will affect because he is the driver of the success of the work.
If such commitment is not there,it will reduce the morale to work.

انا الحمد لله عندى رادة قويه وحب للعمل وتخطيط لاعمالى كل فتره - وهذا يجعلنى لا أتأثر بعومل خارجيه واعيد تخطيطى للموقف لأن عدم اهتمام المدير بالعمل سوف يأثر سلبا على العمل ويضاعف على العبىء فى اغلب الاحوال - بخلاف المدير المهتم الذى لديه المام وفهم للعمل مما يجعل العمل معه ايسر واسهل فى التعامل معه ويشجع على استمراريه العمل وغالبا كان سبب فشلى فى اماكن متعددة بسبب المدير وكان سبب نجاحى ايضا فى مكان العمل وزيادة خبرتى المدير خصوصا عندما كنت مبتدىء وفقكم الله .
