You don't have to break the glass to know how good is it's quality. Believe me anyone in an interview is already under allot of pressure. At the contrary you should make him comfortable to know more about him

False. Questions can be formulated in such a manner that an interviewer can determine the make up of the interviewees mind and find about the person's abilities. Not necessarily putting him under pressure.
