All three, Humans, animals and some machine ( through artificial intelligence) . number of theories have been presented which proved that animal learn from certain behavior and association ( experiments were done on dogs, birds and rats). Later on educational physiologists use these to investigate possible learning styles.

My answer would be:  the ability to learn is possessed by human no the animal ,because that's why we call animal by animal ( they don't make sense ) and the machine made by human .
