I am not expert in real estate but most common questions would be;
I am not a real estate specialist, and don't know what is the actual role of Customer Service in the real Estate business unless it is in the renting business. But I will leave this question to the experts.
As a customer service agent, you should focus on :
1. Finding their general request;what they are looking for: Small house, big house, apartment...etc
2. Finding their budget;How they are willing to spend on real estate
3. Finding other estate requirements: number of rooms, view, place....etc
4. Offering them some relevant choices
