Just while committing violation for first time a written warning, while repeat same violation for second time, or more than that, begin deducting salary with deducting a part of daily swag a percentage ranging from5 to50 increase while increasing of repeating a violation up to five times only) according to the rules of the company and according to labor law.
Rules are firm and not to break. Whenever fault happened the action should be taken.

Should be3 warnings before you take action. Verbal warning, written warning with signature stating you agree and that further action will be taken,3rd one should be probation.
I will give only one verbal warning. if it is repeated then i will give a written warning with out copy to anyone. if it is repeated the3rd time, then i will mark a copy to my higher up but will not send it to my higher up but to show the seriousness of the issue to the employee only.
