No one can keep an employee without growth, most of the time employees leave as salary increasing speed is slower than the expense speed.
I believe money isn't the main cause in senior employees leap. Career path and self development are more important to these minds, who always seek success.
To seek better opportunities. Good employees know who they are and know what they're worth. When an organization fails to reward them based on that then they leave.
-They are bored.
-They don’t feel appreciated.
-They feel like they are worth more than you are paying them.
-They are tired of the corporate strategies and politics.
-They no longer believe in the mission or purpose of their organization.
-They are tired of working for incompetent or selfish managers.
-They have been offered a position that is more in line with their career path objectives.
The best leave because they can - they're known to be the best and attract interest from elsewhere, so opportunity comes to them, they don't have to go look for it. Eventually some of them stop saying "No" when the phone rings, and think, "Well, why not? A new adventure" for a number of possible reasons: money, promotion, job closer to "home," or a job further from home...
I absolutely agree with Mr. Mayaleh, Specaily on lack of appreciation, lack of good paying and finding a better boat to jump in.

if they didn't that means they are not good enough for calling them best employees.
