During updating, how to show planned and actual physical progress in columns?

First you need to have a baseline plan which you create at the initial level Then make a copy of that and update the latter version using physical update percentage complete Now go to assign baseline and maintain baseline and in the updated program assign the initial plan (theoretically updated by update progress) as the primary baseline Now go to format columns and show the column BL physical percent compete and physical percent complete Now in the columns vie u can see both planned and actual Nw customise the name of columns as per your requirements Good day.
