If a child is a born Prodigy , what if he/she is confronted by impediments that deprive him/her from reaching where they actually deserve to be ?

I mean i have seen many children in my life , who can achieve anything they want.But the impediments posed by financial crunch or social bounds hinders their nourishment as a talent.More pain embraces my heart , when i see such children vandalized by child labor menace.

                     Female child is thwarted from achieving any dream by traditional dogmas of early marriage or society inhibitions.

                    Many NGOs are doing a lot for them , but not every coordinate of the planet can be in their reach.
