How can we add & manage virtual ip address in ipam ? which system center supports ipam?

1. PAM supports only Microsoft domain controllers, DHCP, DNS, and NPS servers running Windows Server® 2008 and above.
2. IPAM supports only domain joined DHCP, DNS and NPS servers in a single AD forest.
