Are you loyal to your company? according to you how important is loyalty at work for the company? and as a boss how do you reward it?

The promise of reward for loyalty should be a transparent part of the company's HR policy.
It should also clearly state what the company considers as 'loyalty'.
So then, loyalty automatically gets rewarded.
For eg.
'Long services awards'

The employee must have a loyalty to the company, especially secretaries, but some companies do not provide adequate incentives for employees to develop a sense of loyalty, and this does not give us reason to betray our work, better for him to be looking for other work environment instead of working against his company.

I am loyal to my company. And the most important thing is that when you are loyal with your company it will reflect on your  work and perfection and the same happens when you are not. The management always monitor the staffs where the staffs think no one sees my work.

In my opinion, work hard without expecting anything from the company except your salary.Always remeber that you are paid for what you have to give to the company.So, automatically we will enjoy our work and even a small appreciation will make us happy at work place.The very important and the true thing is that loyalty and hardwork is always appreciated with great rewards like promotions.

Loyalty is a made up word actually. Everybody is working for the benefits they are getting from the company. But in my opinion, go to work confident, do the work in a proper way and the most important part love your job & work hard for producing excellence in your duties. I f you are following Excellence in you work, Success will come & everybody will say you are loyal to the company.

As a boss , i will tell you there will be key performance analysis will happen and you will be rewarded as per our policy according to your performance

the man is not sincere in his company currency failing fast and must be working career in order to be

continuing to work if this does not exist recommend to leave work and look for a new job the best

Yes, we were, and still we are. If you want to lose your job, be100% loyal. As a Boss, the reward is "You are fired", else as a Boss, you will get fired.
