The answer is C. Split Scope (active/passive), its great new functionality on windows server2008 R2 for DHCP server service which enable the redundant of DHCP service on the LAN.

First we should prepare the two servers with windows server2008R2 and then creating the scope configuration in one DHCP server and then choose split scope and point to other server that has DHCP server service installed. very easy
