التعامل العائلي يطغي عليه حب التسلط والترأس لكل شخص في العائلة لهذا نجد العامل في بعض الاحيان يحتار بين التوفيق على كل الطلبات ,اختلاف الرأي الاتكال كل شخص على غيره ,كثرة التعاطف فيمابينهم مما يولد التغاضي على سوء التصرف فيسئ لصمعة الشركة.
