No doubt the first impression about the customer is the main and the first satisfaction step in the guest satisfaction process , it gives you the best way to identifay what the customer need to reach it , sure it is affecting the services to be the best .

First impressions mean everything in the c-retail business.
Have you ever walked into a convenience store and been assaulted with a very unpleasant odour, went to purchase a product that you needed and found it covered with dust or arrived at a gas station to fill up your car to find the pumps were dirty, rusty or broken? How did these experiences make you feel as a customer and what impression did you have of the operator of that site and the quality of the products they were selling? We are all customers at various times and we are all influenced by “first Impressions” and conditions that impact our senses.
As consumers, we tend to buy those brand name products that we know, trust and like, and we similarly shop at retail stores where we believe they care about us, the quality of products that they sell, and where we believe we get good value.

Customers are customers.
Whether we like it or not, first, second or third impressions shouldn't affect the way you provide quality service to them.
Providing excellent customer service comes with ways on how we handle different types of customers each day on every interaction.
First impressions only helps us determine what approach we need to use with a specific customer to better serve them and make them happy, enough to secure a long lasting customer on your client's list.

No, it wont affect the quality of service that I will provide, not just because of first impression.
I am professional with every encounter I have with clients because business is business.

No,I don't agree with it.The quality of service has to be satisfactory at all times.The way we are judging the customer with our parameters,the customer is also evaluating us with his set of parameters and it depends on our focus on customer and presentation skills that we win a customer.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression but The answer is that we are not helpless in the face of our first impressions.
They may bubble up from the unconscious - from behind a locked door inside of our brain - but just because something is outside of awareness doesn't mean it's outside of control.
