First, you have to develop appropriate & relevant customer oriented, customer focused, customer centric or customer based policies & strategies. Secondly, introduce the above to employees through employee training & development programmes. Teach them, tutor, mentor & facilitate the employees into welcoming, appreciating, accepting, practising & enjoying these policies & strategies. Thirdly, concentrate on changing their mindset about the above policies & strategies as a result of tutoring & mentoring and ultimately provide a pleasant platform for the employees to practice & enjoy the above policies & strategies.
