This is a case of reactive HR policies by a dormant HR management and more in general by the company's management. Just leave, it will strengthen your professional integrity image.
Given the "primordial" nature of this HR management behavior it is likely that in the future they will play it again in other circumstances. Performance improvement is a two way game in the company, from employee to employer and viceversa.
Hi Mohammad,
I would say, nothing is guaranteed.
If you know that you are underestimated and not well appreciated by your company, that is the time when you have to start looking for another job, once you find it, take the challenge and go for it.
However, at the cases of that your company now is trying to pull you back in by providing something, it all depends on how you feel about it. if you feel ok with them, go for it.
I don't agree with Lamis on what she started her comment with "Numbers should not be one's only incentive in life", to some extent yes, but for some people, it is the first priority and that according to their short and long term needs.
All the best
Numbers should not be one's only incentive in life. If your current job is within a company where you have put so much effort in, and where you are obviously valued enough to get promoted, you should consider staying in it because advancing in levels ( self actualization and being part of a team) is much more important than the amount on your end of month cheque.
If they offer or gave me a good opportunity to the other company i will rendered my resignation immediately if im not happy and not growing anymore to my old company il better be resigned than to stick with them if they dont even recognized my effort .
