Hi Ahmed,I think that is a great question but I am not sure it can be answered in just one straightforward answer. Preparing the HR strategy in order to integrate HRM into the management system is a complex and rather long process starting with analyzing what you have at the moment, what you need, what are the business needs of your company and how you can address them with HR systems and tools, then evaluating your (HR team) capabilities and defining what kind of a team you'll need, then comes the budget, the schedule etc.
